Hand-Rendered Type

As part of my Alphabet Soup brief,  our tutors really want us to use hand-drawn techniques instead of heavy digital work. As such, I remembered I have a book I've had since GCSE full of inspiring hand-rendered type called.. 'Hand-Job'... The book is full of beautiful  typography and letterforms, which i love its incredibly unique. Below are photographs of some of the pages in the book that I practically like and find inspiring. For my own work I should try out different line weights and patterns to give my letterforms more depth and body to create unique letterforms.
